Realtors in Ohio 11,639 agents with a verified email
11,639 Ohio real estate agents, each reachable at an email their own brokerage publishes on its website. The file is built for the businesses that work beside agents on every sale: mortgage lenders, title and escrow companies, home inspectors and appraisers, and the software and service firms agents buy from.
Every record names the agent and their city, 90% name the brokerage and 93% carry a direct phone number. The count sits below Ohio's number of licensees because an agent only appears here once their brokerage lists an email for them; licence register addresses are not sold.
Any address that hard bounces within 30 days of your purchase is refunded at that row's share of the price: send the bounce report and that's all we need. How refunds work

Other Ohio property professionals sold here
Lenders and closing teams often reach the agents and the other professionals on the same transaction. These Ohio files are sold separately:
Professional land surveyors: under 50 records in Ohio, not sold yet.
Who buys Ohio agent contacts
Mortgage lenders and loan officers: building referral relationships with the agents who bring buyers.
Title and escrow companies: introducing a closing team to listing and buyer agents.
Home inspectors, appraisers and stagers: asking agents to recommend them for the next sale.
CRM, marketing and proptech firms: offering agents the tools they pay for themselves.
The template pack that comes with the file has a short first email for each of these.
Ohio licensees and this file
The state licence register adds 36,394 more Ohio agents with only the address they filed. They are counted for comparison and left out of the file.

How every email here is verified
- 01Read on a brokerage page. Every address in the file was taken from a page the agent's own brokerage publishes. None is bought from a broker, appended from another list or built from a name pattern.
- 02Kept current. The brokerage pages behind this file are read again on a regular cycle, and this build is dated Oct 8, 2026. An agent who drops off their brokerage's site drops out of the next file.
- 03Open before you buy. Sample rows of any state are free and unmasked: look a few agents up on their brokerage's site first.
- 04Smaller on purpose. An agent without a brokerage-published email is left out. The count stays honest and your bounce list stays short.

Questions about the Ohio agent file
Answered with the numbers from the Oct 8, 2026 build.
Can I add Ohio loan officers, appraisers or insurance agents?
Yes, as separate files: mortgage loan officers (995), real estate appraisers (110) and insurance agents (17,190). Each is priced on its own and has its own free sample.
How complete is each Ohio agent record?
Every record has a verified email, the agent's name and city; 90% also name the brokerage and 93% a phone number. The table above has the counts.
Why are there fewer agents here than Ohio licenses?
An agent is listed only once their own brokerage publishes their email on its website. Licensees whose brokerage hides addresses behind a contact form, and register-only records, are left out, so every address in the file is one an agent's office stands behind.

Narrow the Ohio agent file
Keep only agents with a phone number, or only those on a company or own-business email domain, at no extra cost. Award-tier filtering is priced per matching agent.
Award-tier buys add the gated columns: Award Tier, Title, Website, Career Award, Source. A slice is never cheaper than the whole file, and a sharp one can cost more — targeting is what you're paying for.
