How this differs from a bulk "database"
Most email-list sellers resell the same thing: a license roll or an aggregated database, padded to the biggest possible headline number, with emails appended later by a data broker. The email-fill rate is never printed, because it is the product's weakest number.
We build the opposite way. A roster starts from a profession's live public sources — the profiles a brokerage publishes, a state's licence register, a firm's own site — and a row is only sold if it carries a published, current email. That makes our counts smaller and every one of them real. The build date is printed on every page, and 25 unsealed rows are free for any state before you pay.

Can I buy one combined list across professions?
Not yet — and that's deliberate. Each profession is a separate roster built from that profession's own public sources, so each is sold as its own file. If you want two professions, you buy two files; nothing is bundled or blended, so you always know exactly what a count means.
Do you sell consumer (B2C) email lists?
No. Everything here is business contact data for licensed or publicly listed professionals — the emails their brokerage, firm or register publishes. We don't sell consumer lists at all.
Is it legal to email the people on these lists?
In the U.S., commercial email is governed by CAN-SPAM, which does not require prior consent. It does require that every message uses accurate header and From information, has a subject line that isn't misleading, is identifiable as an advertisement, includes your valid physical postal address, offers a clear, working unsubscribe, and that you honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Some states add rules on top.
The phone column is for calls and CRM matching. Texting or auto-dialing is governed by the TCPA and generally needs the recipient's prior consent — don't load these numbers into a texting tool. How you use the file is your responsibility, and this isn't legal advice.
What if I'm not happy with a file?
Look before you buy: 25 real, unsealed rows for any state are free, and you can filter to the exact slice you need before paying. Because the file is delivered instantly, sales are final once it's downloaded — but if a download fails or a file arrives broken, write to us and we'll fix it.
