Privacy & Opt-out

This policy explains what information Email Lists USA holds, why, and how anyone listed in our database (a real estate agent, an attorney, a nurse or any other professional) can have their information removed.

Are you listed and want to be removed? Email hello@emaillistsusa.com from, or quoting, the email address you want removed. We will suppress it within 10 business days and prevent it from being re-added. See "Your opt-out rights" below. Requests sent to usattorneylist.com are honoured the same way.

1. Information we hold

For professionals, we hold business contact information from these sources:

the pages an employer publishes about its own people: brokerage, agency, firm and company websites, and university and college staff directories;
state licence registers that publish a licensee's contact address;
for attorneys, state bar records and law firms' own attorney pages.

What we hold is the name, employer or firm, business email address, business phone number, city and state, and which of those sources the record came from (and, for real estate agents, a brokerage-published award tier where one exists). We do not knowingly collect government identifiers, financial information, or sensitive personal information.

For customers, we collect the email address you give at checkout (if you took a free sample here first, we pass that address to our payment processor, Stripe, so you don't type it again), and the payment confirmation Stripe provides, in order to deliver your purchase and provide receipts and support. If a checkout is started and not finished, we may send one reminder with a link back to it. If you ask for a free sample, we email you the rows and may write once afterwards to ask whether they were useful. There is no newsletter, and replying STOP ends any further notes. We never see or store card numbers.

2. Why we hold it

We compile this business contact information to provide business-to-business sales-lead lists. Every record relates to an individual in their professional, business capacity, and every email address comes from one of the sources above. Nothing is appended from data brokers or guessed from name patterns.

3. How the information is shared

We provide purchased lists to paying customers under terms that prohibit resale, republication, and unlawful use. We do not sell or share customer (buyer) personal information for marketing. We use service providers — Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery) — strictly to operate the Service.

4. Your opt-out rights

Any individual may, at any time, ask us to access, correct, or remove their information. To opt out and be removed from the database:

Email hello@emaillistsusa.com with the name and/or email address to remove.
We will remove the record within 10 business days and add it to a suppression list so it is not collected again.
Note: we cannot recall lists already delivered to customers before your request, but removal stops further distribution.

5. Retention & security

We keep business contact data only as long as it remains useful for the Service; the roster is re-collected on a schedule and records that leave their source (a public profile, a directory or a licence register) leave the database. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information (which is business contact information).

6. Cookies & analytics

The site is intentionally lightweight. We do not use advertising trackers. Our payment processor may set cookies necessary to complete checkout.

7. ProCount Stripe App

ProCount Customer Lookup is our free app for the Stripe Dashboard. When a Stripe user opens one of their customers, the app computes a one-way SHA-256 hash of that customer's email address inside the Dashboard and sends only the hash to emaillistsusa.com. The email address itself never leaves Stripe. We compare the hash with the professionals in our database and return that professional's profession, city, state and firm, or "not found". We do not store the hash or any customer data, and the app's only Stripe permission is reading customers. Stripe users can remove the app from their Dashboard at any time.
