Every email was published on the agent's own public brokerage profile and was still there at the Aug 30, 2026 rebuild. Nothing is appended from a data broker or guessed from a name pattern; if we don't hold an agent's published email, they aren't in the file — which is why our count looks smaller than the number of Maryland licensees.
Is it legal to email these agents?
In the U.S., commercial email is governed by CAN-SPAM, which does not require prior consent. It does require that every message uses accurate header and From information, has a subject line that isn't misleading, is identifiable as an advertisement, includes your valid physical postal address, offers a clear, working unsubscribe, and that you honor opt-outs within 10 business days.
