Email Lists USA is a small independent data shop. Questions go to hello@emaillistsusa.com and a person replies.

Build a sharper Spring list

Start from the whole file and tighten it. Narrowing by phone or inbox is free — the count drops, the price doesn't.

Narrowing never changes the price: a slice costs the same as the whole Spring file, so tick these only when you want a smaller, cleaner CSV.

The Spring roster at a glance

Email Lists USA holds 62 Spring physicians with a current licence and a working email address. Every row comes from the Florida, Michigan, Ohio and New Jersey licence registers (Spring-based physicians also licensed in Florida, Michigan, Ohio or New Jersey): each address is the one the licensee filed with the regulator, so there is no practice to filter by and the file is people rather than companies. Each row says so in its Data Source column. 31 of them (50%) list a phone, below the national 60%.

A city count is a subset of the Texas file: about a third of Texas rows carry no office city, so "62 Spring physicians" is what we can place in Spring — not every Spring licensee.

The most common Spring physician inbox domains are gmail.com (32), yahoo.com (12), hotmail.com (5): 51 (82%) use a personal address such as Gmail or Yahoo and 11 (18%) a work address on a company or own-business domain. We keep every address with its domain (never the full mailbox until you buy) so you can see these are real business and personal inboxes, not a guessed pattern.

How Spring differs from the national roster

18% use a work address on a company or own-business domain (not webmail), below the national 26%.

Spring physician data — straight answers

The things people ask before they buy the Spring list, answered with this build's numbers.

Which practices do the Spring physicians work at?

No practice is named: every row in this file comes from the Florida, Michigan, Ohio and New Jersey licence registers (Spring-based physicians also licensed in Florida, Michigan, Ohio or New Jersey), and each address is the one the licensee filed rather than an employer's. You buy the whole city, and the Data Source column says so on every row.

How much does the Spring physician email list cost?

The Spring-only list (62 rows) is $39, one-time; the whole Texas file, Spring included, is $99. Both are instant CSVs — no subscription, no account. 25 unsealed rows are free first. The file holds name, email, phone (50% of rows), city, state.
