The most common inbox domains are gmail.com (88,473), yahoo.com (33,075) and hotmail.com (9,600); 151,788 nurses (93%) use a personal address such as Gmail or Yahoo and 12,158 (7%) an email on their own business domain. Every address was published by the nurse's employer and re-checked at the Aug 30, 2026 build — none are guessed from a name pattern.
