Two public sources, and this file tells you the split: 43 of these Vancouver addresses were published on the agent's own agency profile page, and 445 come from the Vancouver state licence register, where the regulator publishes the licensee's own contact address. Every row carries a Source column saying which.
Either way the address was published by its source. Nothing is appended from a data broker, nothing is guessed from a name pattern, and we only carry active records — if we don't hold a published email for a agent, they aren't in the file.
