Either way the address was published by its source. Nothing is appended from a data broker, nothing is guessed from a name pattern, and we only carry active records — if we don't hold a published email for a agent, they aren't in the file.
Is it legal to email these agents?
In the U.S., commercial email is governed by CAN-SPAM, which does not require prior consent.
